Thumbs up Art Jones Training

Fellow Iron Workers, have not posted for four years. 3rd year back traing on Nautilus Gen Two chain driven machines. Anyone train on Art's machines ? Have anyone trained on Medx. Utilizing the Duo-Squat, in my opinion the best lower body machine evey built.------------------comments All the best Gentleman Lifter.

I haven't been on either and now after 3-4 days ago I see why. LOL. This is the ONLY new post since I signed back in middle of this last week.

You won't find many here using machines. Free weights

There was a Nautilus gym on base when I was stationed in Norfolk, but that was more than twenty years ago.

Planet Fitness near where I work has a Nautilus machine, but I've been using their Body Masters circuit recently.

Jones was a genius. I'm a big fan of Ellington Darden, too.

Welcome back. The place is a ghost town, but it's good to see someone else dropping a bit of text in amongst the phantoms.
